MEMBER SIGNUP AND
RENEWAL INFORMATION
NEW MEMBER SIGNUP INFORMATION
- Yearly membership fee - $250.00
- Two types of memberships - Property Manager & Associate (both memberships are $250.00/year). The primary membership (the individuals name under which the membership will be listed) may add a secondary membership at no additional cost. The secondary member will have the advantage of receiving emails and attending meetings. Choose the catagory below that best fits your company and proceed with signup.
- Associate Membership (services provided to vacation rental properties) - Click on the link below to complete the application and follow procedure. At this time you will be asked to create a username and password. Complete all of the information requested and once this is done, your application will be presented to the CFVRMA board for *approval and you will be contacted for how to proceed.
- Once your membership
has been approved, you will be notified via email. You will
then be able to login to pay your dues. When your payment is received, your membership will become
Active.
- Should you encounter any problems with the process you may contact the CFVRMA Association Manager by email (judy@cfvrma.org) or phone (407-201-0120 local / 800-486-8302 toll free).
- Property Manager Membership - Click on the link below to complete the application and follow procedure. At this time you will be asked to create a username and password. Once completed, your application will be presented to the CFVRMA board for *approval and you will be contacted for how to proceed.
- ADDED PERK FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS: Once your membership is approved, you may add your business listing to CFVRMA's companion site, www.vacationwithconficence.com. To complete the information, click here, download the form under "Vacation With Confidence" then follow the instructions to submit.
WHEN MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED
- Once your membership

has been completed, your membership will become
Active.

- All memberships will receive an automated renewal notice 30 days prior to your expiration. 30 days following your expiration date, if you do not respond, your membership will be shown as expired and 30 days later dropped from the list.
- Remember to update contact information as it changes.
- Should you forget your login information, contact the Association Manager (judy@cfvrma.org) to reset.
- COMPLETE ALL REQUESTED INFO ON THE APPLICATION ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME. IF YOU ADD A SECONDARY MEMBER, PLEASE BE SURE THEY COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION AS WELL.
*CFVRMA's board meets the 1st Thursday of every month. All memberships will be approved at these meetings.
